Awesome neighborhood bicycle shop. Will service flats on all types of bikes quickly. I had the handlebar tape replaced on my Cervelo and then got a flat right after leaving. They picked me up to fix to the flat at the shop. Awesome, friendly customer service. Highly recommend.
Went to Fredonia Cycling for service on my mountain bike. Gotta say - absolute top tier work from the mechanic. Everybody in the shop was super nice and helpful to talk with. Bike was running smoother than it has ever been after that tune up. Will definitely be going back there in the future, would recommend it to anybody in the Fredonia area
Disappointed in this bike experience. The shop charged me 200.00 to basically unbox a new lectric e bike which I later learned comes fully assembled except for locking in the front tire and pressing in the peddles! The bike tech didn't even charge the battery or fit the seat for me. Very dishonest business and poor customer service. No way to get repeat business. Your reply speaks for itself.
Amazing bike shop! We were down from Buffalo and needed some help with our brakes. Lucas squeezed us in and fixed the brakes, the dropper seat, and the suspension. So friendly. Gave us great ideas about where to ride, a route, and even great restaurants. Definitely a fav shop now!
