The people are nice. Very thorough on explaining why things need to be fixed or get attention on it. Also up front about the costs which are not bad.
Lucas & Brooke have a wonderful shop. They cater to the customers and have an amazing inventory. They are very knowledgeable about bikes and super friendly.
Never ever again !!!
The owners are both friendly and very knowledgeable - taking the time to compare the different options with us and answer all the questions we had And they have a good selection of bikes and accessories, especially considering the small footprint the shop has! We ended up purchasing two Aventon ebikes and a bike rack for our vehicle (thanks again for the help assembling/loading!) Well worth the drive down from Buffalo, and we’ll absolutely be back for anything we need in the future too
Very friendly staff, knowledgeable, not pushy at all. I will be trying to get them more of my business.
