I've been dealing with Miguel, and sometimes one of his two other brothers for well over a decade. I'm very satisfied with the products, service, and prices I've received. I'm sorry to see the negative ratings from people that have had bad experiences. Maybe it's because I only buy at pawn shops and have never pawned anything. When I first shopped at pawn shops in Fredericksburg I made the rounds to every pawnshop and this was one of three that met my expectations, and of the three this was my favorite. I always go to a variety of stores in the area, so u store are the worst, I think u intentionally put on front desk a 2 brain cells-worker who can’t speak like a person, I try to sell various items and always the person who I talk want a 80% discount and they act like they making me a favor? Really I hope the person in charge do something with the staff, pathetic service. Please go to other pownshop, this is garbage
Great place. Staff is really nice and helpful. They have helped me get out of a crack a few times. I always get fair value.
