Love Fred. He’s helped us for years. Such an amazing attorney and a very good person.
After hiring, I called day before first hearing and he asked if he wanted me to come to first court hearing. The state didn’t have evidence that could have changed how the case went. After telling me he would email me info on the case he never did and it turns out the state didn’t have tox report and didn’t find out until it was too late. Turns out I would have gotten the same outcome without him. Spent money I didn’t have to and didn’t have.
