I was nervous coming in for my first tie reiki experience but in the end, it went far beyond expectations. Melinda, my reiki practitioner explained the whole process at the start and was was absolute amazing calming me down,. I absolutely love this place. I have enjoyed several massages at Fred Parker Wellness and most times I’m able to call same day to get the appointment (which keeps me coming back! I’m a busy mom who can’t plan self care time too far in advance so the fact that I can usually get in with short notice is amazing.)
