I wish I had a better experience as they were referred to me. After our last communion in April 2025, I have called, emailed, used the portal, and left voicemails. I have never heard back from Fred or Tyler. I even received the link to send the current tax info, when they won't even answer me about the prior years. Now I'm worried I'll have a bigger mess to clean up now. If you didn't want me as a client or needed to charge more, I prefer communication and not a shut out.
