I called at 3:00 on Friday requesting information about enrolling my child. The person who answered said she was with another family, took my call back information and said she would call me right back. It is now Tuesday and no call back. I'm not sure why customer service like this has become the normal way to handle things but it's not acceptable. Thank you for showing me red flags right off the bat by not following up with a simple return phone call when you took my information down and had it right there in front of you. ... read more
