I took in an insurance check because Waste Management hit my fence. I was told that they didn't cash insurance checks and that the amount was too high on the check. When I got home and looked at the website, they do in fact cash insurance checks and the amount was $1,400.00 less than the maximum amount cashed. So I called and talked to the manager and he said it was because the town on my address was spelled wrong. My partner and I worked with Karen trying to cash my partners first check ever and she was incredibly rude and distrusted him because his signature looks different now than it did when he got his driver's license when he was a literal child. Despite having 2 valid forms of ID we were still turned away. This is the 4th time I've attempted to cash something here and have been rejected.
