Went to cash my economic impact payment check and was immediately faced with one of those people that simply didn't want to expend the effort to complete the transaction. She found any and every reason to not help, despite valid reasons for her "concerns". I exited the building and called to speak to a manager and guess who picked up the phone, the same woman.
