Everyone seems very nice. My local 240th Fred Myers in Kent closed so I'm new at the Benson store. There are zero electric carts! Baby boomers are old now.I"m disabled on oxygen I need a rider cart PLEASE 🥺 The corporate seems not to care . I'm upset as it is that due to shoplifters I suppose, they shut down the store I lived nextdoor to. So for this I give one star.The store clerks, security seemed very sweet, very kind.If they do not get lots of rider carts I cannot shop there

I completely agree, the service is terrible. The last time I was there and standing at the checkout with my child, the cashier in front of me didn't even bother doing her job, instead deliberately wasting her time talking to customers and looking at their merchandise for too long. I couldn't stand it any longer and went to the self-checkout, even though there were plenty of items! I'm sorry I didn't write down her name, but this is terrible service from a cashier; I've never encountered anything like it. And the staff there ... read more
