The staff are exceptionally conscientious and saved me from a terrible time by driving a large replacement article to my home to exchange for a faulty one. I could never have done this alone and am very grateful that they offered to help. My favorite store! Great service. Nice, kind, thoughtful staff. Great variety of groceries and products at reasonable prices.

Most uncomfortable shopping experience ever! My visit should have been a quick in then out but turned into me waiting with my three young children in the customer service line so I could request to speak with the store manager. I went into the store to get four pairs of cheap gloves, those $2 pairs. Everything was fine until I got to the self checkout register. Penny was the attendants name. Talk about uncomfortable. Everywhere I have lived in the Northwest, Fred Meyer including this store, is still my favorite place to shop. They are price competitive and worth the drive if you work or reside outside of Wandermere. The clothes at Fred Meyer are priced higher than at Wal-Mart but of much better quality. The employees are great too. Without my saying anything, when a cashier noticed I wasn't feeling well, she insisted upon emptying my cart for me for checkout.
Watch out for the deli food. I got food poisoning from the chicken in the deli, it was the baked chicken sold in pieces. It was small and looked dried out, I asked the women with short dark hair if this was still OK, she says is fine. I was very very sick the next day. The Yamhill health department did not do a thing. So watch out they can pass out poisoned chicken.
April is amazing!! I strongly recommend her to anyone!! She's given me hair cuts for 6years and I'll never go to anyone else!! She's given my son his first haircut and he loves going there!! She makes it fun for kids and easy!
