Fred Meyer is my go to store... They have a great selection of items and good customer service... However, I have been discouraged as there is an employee that I have seen on several occasions harassing customers which I find very unnerving... Uncomfortable
The pharmacist Marshall is very helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding.
They have messed up my perceptions numerous times, not calling on auto fill, and I've not complained. Today I asked fo a perception to ready by 9:00 am as I was day early on pain meds (not true ) and was told no even though I was out. She today me it had to be after 11:00 am as they didn't have enough people. They are a one way company.

Horrible! Car hop washed my rear window with out asking me. Who is he to decide what to do to MY car without asking? He states its company policy to wash every window without asking. I feel violated by this practice. This is not service.
The Dalles location have a few very rude cashiers on the grocery side!!! This is not the 1st time. That this has happened way to many times. I spend at least a $1,000.00 a month, probably more than that. I have talked with Management and the problem still continues!! Seriously? Where are the days of quality customer service? I spend thousands upon thousands of dollars a year on necessary medication. I called up to have a refill filled, they said it would be ready in 30 minutes.i sent my husband in to pick it up and they said it was scheduled to be filled tomorrow. ??? What??? Why???? Why couldn't they called Me back to inform me of this?
