The customer service in this shop is terrible. I was looking at items which were displayed on the shelves when the man behind the counter rudely snapped that they were not to be touched. I fully intended to buy the items that I was looking at, but instead I bought them at another shop in town, which was cheaper with far friendlier service.

Products are lovely. Owner is rude and unfriendly. Visited this store ready to spend a few hundred dollars on some items I’d seen in the window. Unfortunately, I made the critical error of touching a cheese grater and was told not to touch it. Presumably the skin of my hands might have damaged the delicate metal of the cheese grater. Was about to buy it but in any case, have found it elsewhere for nearly half the price. I actually am Ali M's daughter and wasn't going to write a review, but this place is just so weird and accusing rando's of being me just because you're mega defensive makes no sense. Like my mum said, such a nice place, its a shame you ruined it.
