What is it called when you're given a quote, then they raise it from $790 to $990 (two loads at $495 instead of $395) AFTER acceptance, when they know you have no choice but to save your new pool liner installation late on a Saturday afternoon? More than unprofessional, the representative said he made a personal mistake on the price, then the driver said it was because of Russia and the cost of diesel prices (they are a few miles away). Freddy and Rocco were terrific with helping me fill our backyard ice rink. They both gave me great advice and were extremely responsive in scheduling the water delivery. Pricing is very reasonable and Rocco even came out on Sunday afternoon to help get the water in before a deep freeze that night. I will definitely be using them again for all my water delivery needs.
