TERRIBLE attorney, He NEVER returns phone calls, he is not prepared when he goes to court, and because he had to cancel a court hearing we had scheduled , it cost us another 3,600.00 not to mention the additional fee he charges us of 400.00 at the end of the case. Fights for nothing for you !! Then he calls you being rude when you call him on it, or tells to you look for another attorney, or just quiets !! I paid for a paper work that I never got !! Trust me find someone else.
Fred Martinez will not return opposing parties phone calls with legitimate concerns to the best interest and safety of children.he is very unprofessional and corrupt if you're thinking about retaining this attorney just represent yourself you'll do better
Absolutely the worst attorney, if you can call him that, in this state. Amazing that he is still in business as it appears that he has not changed at all over the years. Martinez never returns calls or e-mails, gives misinformation and bad advice, does not represent you when needed, extremely rude and condescending with no apologies for his behavior, and no one in the office will assist your; they lie and say they will but never follow through. I do not reccomend Fred Martinez to anybody. He is the most laziest person i know, never has anything ready when you go to court, always calls you at the last minute,never wants to help you out which he is getting paid for, always letting the other person get whatever they want in court just agrees with whatever the judge says instead of fighting for you. This has got to be the worst, laziest, meanest person ever to have passed the bar!!!!!! Fred C Martinez has no human compassion or understanding for another person. He is selfish and will tell you to give up and give the person you are going to court with "everything they ask for" and he will put you down, make your self confidence disappear. He will eventually suffer the wrath of bad karma for all the wrongdoing he has inflicted upon innocent clients. Readers be warned
