Staff is friendly. Lacey, PT, has helped me come a long way in a few short weeks treating my plantar fasciitis.
Gordon is great. Very professional staff. The billing leaves much to be desired. Double charged over multiple visits. That's OK though, they don't know who they are messing with. Be sure to see exactly what is going on with billing as you continue your PT there.
Great care from therapists, wildy booked out schedule though. Would be five stars if this location (and the other locations) didn't take almost three months to get in for an evaluation after surgery. I had to begin at another location thirty-five minutes from my home in order to get transferred to this location five minutes away. The soft tissue manipulation is what those of us need after surgery (and even without). I'm grateful when rehab doesn't consist of modalities (tens unit, etc) and instead spends time working the mus... read more
I liked the therapists but my health insurance was billed $555 per visit ($185/15 minutes *3). Make sure you're aware of the cost before coming here.
