They charge what they say they do, the software works, and they don't charge you hidden fees or try to add random bs to your account. Its a shame we had to switch to dealercenter because of a financing company, dc which is 10000x worse since they don't do what the frazer does. Frazer is well worth the 130 or 140 with tax since they don't try to nickel and dime you every day.

Software is decent if you're just doing basic stuff. Do not believe a word that their sales reps tell you about the price of anything. Frasier pay is not competitive at all with basically any other option even Square pays free plan is cheaper than this and doesn't hit you for bogus fees. They will tell you one price and bill you another. They will tell you it's $35 a month for Frazier pay... not even close, expect to pay $120+ a month after all of their bogus fees. $35 a month for basic Frasier pay $30 a month for the card P... read more

They completely lied to me about the cost of Frazier pay. it is not competitive with even square pays free plan. They tell you it's $35 a month as long as you stay in compliance with a maximum of 1.5% for a debit card and a maximum of 3% for a credit card. They don't tell you on top of that you have a $250 a year security bundle a $250 a year annual card Point platform fee a monthly $30 card Point platform fee and that they will double your rate in my case from 0.6 to 1.2. Worst customer service I have ever experianced. Lein fee gets kicked all the time for no reasson. Rep was remoted into computer when it happened. He said It would take a year to fix the bug..... That was three years ago!!!!! Still happens! If you want to finance a biz loan.....Forget it!!!! to many bugs!!! Stay as far away from this place as you can!!!!

Its a useful program, I've ran my business for years on Frazer DMS. I have to say I'm dissatisfied with the entire hosted part of the system, the login and MFA process takes way too long. There must be a better way. But I would still recommend Frazer, its a good tool for a reasonable price.
