I have been working with Patrick since 2014. Patric is no longer with this company and whoever is answering the phone. There is incredibly rude and nasty as well unprofessional , and unhelpful..,.do yourself a favor. Find somebody else to work with.. Patric had a good heart and really went out of his way to help people. Things started to go south in 2020 when communication became nonexistent as a client you were completely ghosted. This is a nightmare when it comes to working with an accountant/CPA.

I have been with them for over two decades. There were a few years that I went elsewhere because I think there was a brief change of hands, but I returned and am very happy with their service.

I was using Frawley and associates for many years. Over the years the customer service has gotten worse and worse. The company has risen it prices over $190 and persisted to not send out a notice. When question they were very rude and dismissive. Never use this company as there are terrible to people and deserve no one’s business.
