Fairly incompetent in paternity matters. He will do the least amount of work possible and communicate poorly about it. Always saying he’s busy with other cases and he’ll get back to you, then won’t. Examples: 1. Didn’t know what intent to claim form was, claimed it wasn’t necessary, eventually didn’t even file it right. I ended up missing the deadline. 2.
