I was gifted a mindful reflexology appointment for my birthday, and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Nikki has created a very warm and welcoming space, and her gentle nature was very reassuring for my first ever reflexology treatment. 4+ hours later and I still feel so relaxed and as if I am walking on clouds.
