Aug 28 - placed order on their website for store pick up Aug 29 - called store to change the size on the item. Was told I would receive a call back. Fraser's Motor City is BY FAR the best bike shop ...not just in Ann Arbor but southeast Michigan! They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and they really are there to give you the best possible option that's right for you! I've been going to Fraser's for a little over a year now and I'll never go any place else! I've gotten to know the entire staff pretty well and I completely trust them! i had no idea how to ride my first e-bike! both a nice woman and man showed me in a patient way outside how to ride it! i rode off in the sunset. thanking them by a phone call and on google,even though it was not thier product. they both took time to show me how to ride my first e-bike. i will never forget this ever, and thanks from the bottom of my heart! sincerely deverick.
Brought in my bike in to get repaired. MCB-A2 gave me a detailed estimate, took less than a week to fix my bike, and even came in under budget! (YMMV)
