I bought cabinets in 2020. I never received the 8 of the handles. I called multiple times and have never heard anything back. The original interior designer was awesome and responded fast and always answered my questions. I called in 5 months ago and asked to fix this mess and they told me "why are you calling now? It's been 3 years" I told the guy I have called in 8 times and never received a response. He had Brandi (the new interior designer) call me back. Ordering materials was easy and the staff was helpful. I didn’t end up needing what I had ordered and requested a refund from Beau. He become much less friendly and communicative at this point. He mentioned that restock fees could apply but he wasn’t sure despite me not picking up the materials. After not hearing back about the refund for a week I called again and spoke with Jim who promised to look into the matter for me and call back. Unfortunately he did not. This is a very knowledgeable lumber company with excellent customer service. I recently used their services to purchase some Baltic Birch plywood. I completed the purchase over the phone and was able to pick it up a few days later. Super convenient and I knew I was going to get exactly what I needed.
