Went in asking about a HO scale train, Was pointed to a small section of used equipment, the person was rather short with me on some questions I had about HO Scale, made me fell snubbed that I wasn't into O scale, will never return, will never recommend to any of my friends. Fred's Train Shop in OP is Friendly, this place isnt.
Very unfriendly. My husband and I took our grandcholdren, very restrained, to look. They never touched. The clerk pretty much ignored us..didn't offer to see if we had any questions or needed help. Their uncles are lifelong train enthusiasts who travel to train exhibitions and we were trying to stoke their enthusiasm. Poorly done dude.
RecommendedMy son's Thomas the Train HO scale train quit working and they repaired it and it was a lot less than I anticipated! This is a wonderful place! Very expedient!
