Terrible service. Frank told me I had 8 months before I needed to file and he did nothing for 8 months. Then he ran out of time and dumped me as a client and tried to blame me. Turns out he was wrong about the deadline too - I got a massive penalty for each of the months he did nothing. And now claims not to know of my case.
First time working with Frank. He's very professional, extremely helpful and answered all our questions. He also provided all the info we needed for our small business taxes, guided us through the information required, the form completion and submitted for us. Very appreciated. Definitely going to continue with Frank in future for both personal and business taxes.
Unresponsive - impossible to get a response whether or not they're able to assist me.
I love going there!...they are the best on my opinion!.I have been dealing with that tax service for years! An they handle business well!
