My family and I have been using Frank for years. Great service!
I’m in tears right now. I order my Sons tuxedo for his prom at towards the end of February. We were told to return on April 10th to pick up the tuxedo. My son left school to pick up his tuxedo to only find this sign posted. His prom is this Saturday 4/12! I called the business and no answer or vm picked up. I checked my phone for missed calls or vm. This place is a joke. Our son was getting married and every grooms men had to go back numerous times. He wasted more than a full day of our vacation because we had to return so many times. The day of the wedding we were missing belts, pair of pants not Hemed, shoes the wrong size. PLEASE don't use him if you.
