The world's best bike shop! Run by some of the nicest people we have ever met. Faith in humanity has been restored! (Prob temporary, iykyk) This place is like everything that is Right in this country. Generous, happy people who altruistically share their knowledge and time - just for the love of biking. We need more places and people like this! So grateful to have found Franklinton Cycle Works!

Amazing prices, amazing staff, and even fun to get to. I had my bike stolen (second time now) and wanted a really nice one with the intent of NOT getting it stolen again. Found this place on Google and its right at the end of the Olentangy trail, so it was a fun ride... on a rental e-scooter. When I got there they immediately started up coversation and didnt try to immediately upsell me. They pointed out some bikes for me but I eventually found one myself that had "just come in," 130 dollars for a front suspension new-lookin... read more
