I recently visited Sam Franklin's looking for a new stove. The staff was friendly and helpful. They didn't have a stove with all the features I wanted. I gave them my contact information . Later that day they called to let me know that they had searched for a stove with those features and couldn't find one. I seldom experience such devotion to customer service. I'm thankful that this store is located nearby.
Customer service is absolutely top notch. They're friendly, knowledgeable, listen to your needs, timely and thorough delivery of your purchase. Will never buy an appliance anywhere else!
They were not very helpful. Went to another furniture store.
