I had a similar experience to the gentleman below me. This place was recommended to me, and based on reviews, I went forward. Buyer beware. I'm not sure if he's moved on to something else, but once I had questions about the length of time it was taking to receive my return, I stopped hearing from him. Be sure to check his credentials if he is in fact still doing tax work. I wasted time, and money dealing with these people.
this guy is a fraud! not only did he lie about my returns, he also messed something up. I got a letter from the irs, asked him about it, and he never got back to me. stole money from me. the business storefront that you see posted isn't even operational. the pictures are dated and don't reflect the current condition. don't do any virtual business, or any at all if you value your money, time, or honesty.
