Very pleasant and clean
Once again, disappointed and angry at the care my partner is receiving. No timely showers, nasty food. Messed up meds. And no one is answering the phone. Really? Medicaid should be ashamed to pay for places like this! No customer service. People are sent here to die. Staff shortage should never be an excuse for poor client care. DO YOUR JOB!
On a short term visit, care in this facility is below average. Upon pressing the call button the average time of response is well over an hour, and in fact, it was over four hours at one point. Had it been an emergency, no one would have known. Telephone in room not working. Aids need extensive retraining. Just a plain overall lack of care. I’m very disappointed in this facility.
Personal and service very prompt, very nice place to put your loved one.
