Everyone there has been very nice. The food has not been the greatest. But that is my only complaint
Staff was very helpful and nice
This is an update. I was so disappointed in the center the other day. I couldn’t hold back the tears and even cried in front of the doctor and nursing staff. My mother’s room was a mess, just nasty, trash on the floor and the floor was so sticky. I purchased a swifter, cleaning supplies, Lysol wipes and spray. I told them my mother is not to be treated like an animal, the room should be cleaned and she is to be cleaned EVERYDAY. TODAY I don’t have to clean anything. DO NOT SENT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE IF IMMOBILE OR HAS ANY SWALLOWING DIFFICULTIES. My father is currently dying in the ICU and the head nurse of his unit just called and insinuated he shouldn’t have called 911 after not calling back for a week and a half since my father has been in the hospital. For weeks we had been complaining of hearing rails in his chest when he was breathing. Multiple family members notified multiple members of staff for weeks.
