This center is non communicating . A patient can turn light on for help and no one comes for hours and hours .I was there with my mom and was helping her go to bathroom and I asked for help and they pointed me to a closet that said employees only and said everything you need is in there , but I was having a hard time holding her up not cleaning .they do not communicate about Dr appts and when they go to doctors they loose paperwork sent back .this place should be free ,the only positive thing that can be said it does look cl... read more

I Lost my brother-in-law due to negligence. He was severely dehydrated and septic, before they transported him Franklin Square Hospital, where he died. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!

Please do not send your loved one here.!!!!! My husband died last year because of their incompetence. He went septic and was severely dehydrated on their watch. By the time they sent him back to the er, he was sent immediately to the icu. It's extremely difficult to treat a fungal infection once it has gone septic. And he didn't make it because of that. Please send your loved one anywhere else but here!!
