Very clean Facility, the people were very friendly
Would be lower if negative stars were available. The only thing that is up to par is the sign in kiosk. That is important because the receptionist is so engrossed in her cell phone that she doesn’t utter any audible words when you enter or leave. My family member does not get her medication any where near on-time. Franklin Woods has really declined. The owners are like the Pharisees (Matthew 23:27).the outside grounds look immaculate but the inside is a mess. The floors are no longer polished and the hallways are dimly lit. ... read more

I wouldn't put my worst enemy in this facility for care of any kind. I went to visit a longtime family friend today. It was 1 pm and he hadn't been changed yet. He food was all over the floor and he wasn't offered a replacement meal. He had been pushing the button for a nurse all morning. When I questioned his aide about it, she said, and I quote, I know he's been calling for help, but im too busy and will get to him when I get a chance. Seriously?!
