I wanted to start by saying do not let old reviews be the determining factor if and when choosing this place. Jasmine (the rental manager) was incredibly awesome and was also able to rent us a car last minute, on a busy weekend. The vehicles are new and very clean. Compared to the big chain in town the experience is more pleasant and the vehicles are way better quality. The pricing here is also way better. Definitely recommend go see her!
We made a reservation for a Highlander but they rented it to someone else. Guess they need someone to educate them on what reservation means. We were very disappointed as we had a trip planned and had to scramble to find something in 2 days. Don’t go to Toyota to rent a vehicle
