I had issues with my taxes and the person who did them last year, so I was anxious about getting them done this year. I was referred to Franklin Tax and they were able to take care of everything for me in a timely manner. Roger was incredibly courteous and helpful, immediately put me at ease. This place has excellent customer service with a very knowledgeable staff. Will be coming here from now on, and would highly recommend to anyone else.
