Franklin Sports has great products and i have enjoyed many of them. But sometimes there can be a problem with an item, and that is where Franklin Sports really shines. Their customer service is by far the best i have ever seen. They get back to you immediately and resolve the issue or replace the product. They are just incredible and i will always put Franklin at the top of my list for sport products.

I had a problem with my pickleball racket peeling. I loved the racket. The grip was just perfect. I could not retrieve where I had bought it. David hunt was wonderful and sent me a replacement racket. I wioyld purchase a Franklin product again. They stand behind the product. Thank you

I purchase a Franklin Sports Spydrpong game. This product is a piece of junk. They call it “steel frame”. What a joke. I broke 3 pieces when I was just assembling it. Junk. Junk. Junk. I couldn’t get my money back because it was past 30 day period. Franklin offered to replace it but what’s the use. I’ll bet when you start playing with it it will collapse within minutes. I will tell you this: I will NEVER buy a Franklin product. You’ve been warned.
