I have banked here for about 4 years, and for the most part have had exceptional customer service. That was all ruined in a single phone call. I call in today to dispute a fee I’ve been charged due to a check cashing issue outside of my control (I was sent an “old” voided check rather than the new reissued one by mistake, things happen) and the women who took over the call had to be the rudest and most condescending women I have ever interacted with in a professional establishment.
