Inexperienced people who over complicate a simple check trying to be cashed drawn from their bank. Not where I would do business or if my customers told me they had such a hassle trying to cash my check I’d close my account. So they will never have my business. Good luck if you do business there.
this review IS NOT specifically about this location. its more of a WARNING before opening an account with this company. you WILL NOT be able to use YOUR money out of the US with this companies debit card! ive had FSB for a few years now and i WOULD NOT have opened this account had i known this information! so it looks like i will be looking for a new bank!!!
Very friendly atmosphere. They shut down my card immediately after a fraudulent charge. I had a replacement card the next day. Thank you.
I called franklin bank and told them i was having a financial hardship due to covid and would be 30 days late on the mortgage. They replied it will go on your credit i was 33 days late and sure enough it went on my report. This bank doesn't help their customers.
