Outdated facilities and not very clean either. Staff were good but crowded and the main pool is barely heated in Winter. Not coming back again. The floor is also sharp and slippery in many places.
We had a birthday party here last Saturday was told there would be enough tables for our function we ended up having to hire some also the wheel chair lift wasn't going our family had to carry a nephew upstairs in his wheelchair chair when asked why it wasn't going was told by Sue the receptionist we've only taken over 8 weeks ago and we have to log a job for it to be fixed that's a lame excuse it should be accessible at all times for disabled patrons the function room we had was a mess would never come here again I've had f... read more
