My mom moved in and loved it from the 1st day. There was a transition of workers but now has settled into a well organized and run facility. Thankful to know my mom is in good care.
We knew this was the place for Mom as soon as we walked in the doors. She’s been here since February and has transitioned beautifully. Friendly staff, fun and interesting activities, good meals. We are very happy.😀❤️

The staff is very attentive and caring. I like that it’s not a huge facility. It feels very much like a true home. What a relief to not have to worry about dad, I’m confident that he’s in good hands.
Avista has been a breath of fresh air. After 3 years at a facility that seldom managed to deliver the basics in their contract, Avista has been welcoming, warm, clean and well maintained. The staff has learned my dad's quirks and sometimes gruff personality and is communicative, helpful and kind. They are also present, in the building and have a great understanding and rapport with all the residents.
