My dad was left alone in his room hours on end. He was confused and they taped up the emergency call button so he could not pull it. My dad took cues from others on how to eat. Than left him in his room to eat alone. He stopped eating. When I asked the director Matthew if they were feeding him foods he could pick up and eat without having to use utensils, he said “that’s a good idea” ya think?!?!?!
RecommendedMy mom has been a resident here for about 4 years and has felt right at home. The staff are the nicest most caring extended family a person could ask to have support their parent. Thank you Franklin Place!
