Franklin orthopedic’s receptionist on 11/03/2021 should not be customer facing... she was unfriendly, impolite and disrespectful. Based on my short interaction with her I will not be spending my hard earned money at this business. I hope she is not a reflection of the staff as a whole. Terrible experience.
