This bank is the largest joke in the area. The Oil City's new branch manager refused to speak directly to me and continued to have me funneled through employees that(while professional) couldn't help me. They constantly have problems with their debit cards causing me more problems than I would ever want to handle. Pleas to speak to the board have gone unanswered by the CEO which apparently is somewhere else but also sucks at talking to the members(which you would think being a credit union WE THE PEOPLE SHOULD MATTER!) I love this bank its the only bank I have ever stayed with for more than a year.
