Hard to find a parking spot, they don't cash check you receive from person who has a account unless you have a account with them.
Disappointed in FMFCU today. I wasn’t notified of a CD maturation and a Maria didn’t have the authority to close the CD that recently matured. She had to escalate it. Darnel called back but neglected to leave his direct line. Now I have to do the whole process again. If the person who calls back has that authority, there should be more transparency and follow up!
Phones are down. Can't get in touch with any branches. Poor service!!
