Getting an auto loan out with FMFCU this branch specifically was one of the worst decisions I’ve made. There’s an amount of information that should be disclosed when taking out a loan that wasn’t given. Better options out there for banks and credit unions. A brokerage firm would be a better place to put your money. If you do get a loan with this business make sure every question you have is documented in email. The worst credit union I have ever dealt with, the main teller (older female) is not customer friendly and will converse with coworkers while you sit in line to make a deposit. She acts annoyed when she actually has to help and can’t send business customers to the atm! She is a liability to the company.
