Excellent customer service Very slow service at counter
After closing all the branches near me, this is the closest Franklin Mint I have access to. I have no way to make it during business hours and there ATM doesn't take deposits, so I find myself stuck with cash in my wallet for days on end until I have time to get to a branch further away. Update 11/04 since FMFCU responded. Adding picture of the Havertown branch ATM which clearly won't take deposits.

MS. keena is really bad to talk with the customer and she was very rude when i request her to transfar the call to Haverford, she just keep telling me to identify with my ssn number and member number again and again!! why should i get ve my ssn to her?
