The customer service was amazing! I needed a Medallion stamp and a notarization and this was my tenth bank I reached out to to see if they offered this service and they were able to help me! The staff that helped me were knowledgeable, friendly and kind! Thank you!

Charlotte is definitely a fav at the Havertown Branch…been a member since I was 18 and my cub is now a member!!! Best and reliable credit union.
Go to a different location or leave this company all together. The employees constantly make mistakes and cause issues with people's accounts. Also close early often locking the door 15 minutes before closing. And forget trying to call this branch its always a busy line or immediately hung up. Overall issues across the board from the top down.
