Hey Philadelphia if you are looking for a top quality banking experience which you are part owner of the bank as a credit union member, i suggest Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union for your personal and business banking needs!!! They also refinanced my car loan at a lower interest rate, which lowered my monthly car note. NO PENALTY FOR EARLY PAYOFF!!!! THEY OFFER MUCH MORE...which is good in this economy!!!!
Excellent customer service Very slow service at counter
After closing all the branches near me, this is the closest Franklin Mint I have access to. I have no way to make it during business hours and there ATM doesn't take deposits, so I find myself stuck with cash in my wallet for days on end until I have time to get to a branch further away. Update 11/04 since FMFCU responded. Adding picture of the Havertown branch ATM which clearly won't take deposits.
