HIGHLY dissatisfied with this bank after the last 72 hours of not having access to my accounts. You all didn't even bother to send an email or anything to inform your so called members. Unprofessional and poor quality of banking .
No issues with the bank services. This particular location has an employee that bathes in cheap cologne. This is my regular bank and as soon as you walk into the vestibule with the ATM a odor is engraved in the carpets/walls. I know it is a employee because when I use the ATM on the weekends the smell is nonexistent. I understand the importance of professionalism and wanting to look the part but dealing with the public, not everyone enjoys the over powering smell of alcohol. Worst credit union. Lousy customer service ever since they pulled me in with the Benchmark credit Union merger. The website is sketchy. Notifications work intermittently. I kept getting my debit card flagged with no notifications even at the grocery store. This never happened with Benchmark. Looking forward to finding a new credit union.
