Went to this place and they told me that they can not print my card. Never see this before. My card is expiring and they told me that wait for it in the mail. Very poor customer services!!!
I am a customer of Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union for sometime now and I went to the Folsom location and was greeted very rudely by the who I believed was the branch manager Staci she was unpleasant unprofessional and rude I was looking to get an auto loan and due to her rude attitude words and demeanor I left immediately and wanted to leave a review on here to make everyone aware that she is not fit for her position in customer service!!!
I only come in when I need cash or have a problem but have been a member for a long time. I am not a fan of the new machines. It faces your personal info on a 24 inch screen towards the people waiting in line. Will not be using that would take my chances with the machine outside. Sad to not deal with branch members, who were always awesome.
Constantly holds checks for no reason.
