I've been banking here for a couple years now and I must say this is the best bank I've banked with. The customer service is awesome. Jessica explained everything to me flawlessly when applying for a line of credit. They really care about you here and it shows.
The worst bank Ive dealt with. I only been with them about a year. Once bank is close nobody can help u. No 1800 number or tech support.
Not very personable. Just because they memorize your name doesn't make them friendly. I was DENIED seeing the computer screen when I attempted to deposit a fraud check from PCH as if I was the culprit!
