Being disabled, this branch is very accessible and easy to navigate from parking to tellers to customer service. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. My wife and I have been very impressed with Andrejas S. He covers all bases when needed. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He is the go to person! Thanks Andrejas
I absolutely LOVE banking here. The staff is always quick, attentive and passionate. They help you with whatever needs you have. They practice Covid safety as well. Andreas is the man I go to as he always has every answer I need. Would recommend banking here 100%.
I'm speaking of customer service over the phone. I know the calls are answered by people who work here. I have never been treated so rudely, ever. The first person I spoke to was very kind but when I asked her why they were taking money out of my account to deposit to another account, she couldn't tell me and gave me her supervisor. She was rude as ever. I said that I needed my money. I needed gas and my money wasn't there. She stated that it couldn't be put back.
