My mom passed away this morning after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. The best thing that could have happened for us was finding Franklin Meadows. She received the best care in this facility. The compassion and patience we received from the staff was comforting. They made the best out of a horrible situation. They were there for me and my mom when we needed them. I’ll never forget them and all of the ways they cared for my mother.

The food is very bad , a person I know is in there and was served a hamburger when they bit into it water came out , disgusting As much as they charge you would think you could get something decent to eat . Also ask for coffee , guess what didn’t get it . Would not recommend this place The elderly should be treated better, shame on you!!

In short, no. Doubt anyplace could be worse. Had my mom in 4 homes over time, this was easily the worst. They had my mom on 3 different anti-depressants a day, serotonin syndrome was horrible to watch. Floors were sticky, asking for help was obviously hated, even if it was just asking to help clothe her which many times she was just in a diaper. Her wedding ring and high end walker were stolen. Don’t send your parents/grandparents here the care isn’t so great. Don’t send your kids to work here they like to favor their own children, and the management in the kitchen doesn’t exist. The manager follows people to the restroom and should definitely not be allowed to manage people let alone your child. The one star they got is pretty generous.

I was there to tour the building for a loved one rehab stay. I could see how much the staff cared for the residents!
