I use their timer for year, compact and has a lot feature, just not as durable as other brand but it is fine. I usually order a few for backup use and recently one of the them the number is not working (brand new)and I only bought less than year ago (the box say one year warranty) but they refuse honor the warranty and say it is only 3 months...be aware they are not honest!!

I am very dissatisfied with this company’s business capabilities. Currently I am being billed for nearly $20,000 for products valued at under $2,000 that were not ordered or received by me or my business. I have reached out to the company’s accounting department probably 20 times and they are unable to provide any sort of substantiation of the invoices but will not stop badgering and harassing me to pay the bill that i cannot tie out to the invoices they’ve provided. It is a real shame. They closed the walking parts counter October 14,2022. That really throws a wrench in being able to get parts needed on a job quickly. Will also miss Tom the parts guy. He was a true wealth of information.

Closing the contractor pick up in NJ was the WORST decision made since FMP sold. The WORST!!!
