I had a nice agent named Andrew, he reached out to me a second time when rates dropped. Made me feel very comfortable that he was looking out for me. My cash out refinance raised my mortgage by 485 a month. By increasing my amount due from 149k to 199k I only got 27000 out of the 50k increase. I am not a happy customer!!
