There are some wonderful friendly people that work there, but it's one lady each time I came in to pay on my property taxes, she quick to ask when will I pay the balance, the other ladies will take the payment and highlight my remaining balance, but not Mrs. The new bills coming out soon..smh...until the county implements mandatory pay all at once requirement, just take my money,highlight my balance and let me gon about my business..franklin county gonna get their money,if not they will get the land..

Very helpful did everything that they could to assist me. Very pleasant people.
There are several offices within this building. And in the last 12 years living here I have used most of them. They have always been polite helpful and gone out of their way to assist me and anyone else I have seen there. They are great people performing at their very best.
