I was so mistreaded by this bank I even setup a website to tell my story ( FranklinBankDoesNotCare .com). In this review I will not discuss the issue, but how the bank handled my issue. I wrote the bank several times, to include the President and the Board of Directors to voice my concern. Certainly the president or the board of directors of a local community bank with just 3 branches would want to hear my story?!
