I work for a GC in Boise and had a repair job in the McCall area. I called and spoke with Grant, who was extremely helpful, provided the information I needed, and was very informative overall. Highly recommend.
I don’t recommend coming here. The service is generally trash unless someone recognizes you as a builder that’s in all the time. I’ve spent well over 200k in the last couple years but I’ll happily continue to drive to the valley and go to Home Depot or Lowe’s. A box store and a self checkout is better than the service I get at Franklin. Not to mention the prices are better at the box stores.

I visited the store last week to pick up several items, primarily for my husband, and found myself waiting at the counter for about 15 minutes. During this time, I observed several employees nearby, yet none approached me to offer assistance. This lack of engagement was disappointing and reflected poorly on their customer service. Overall, I left feeling quite dissatisfied with how the store is being managed.
Fast Unloading and Overnight Parking if needed on the road !!!
