Love Franklin Bank
I have to give credit to Franklin and their fraud detection. Admittedly, sometimes it seems like overkill when my card gets shut down and I have to call, but they caught someone who was trying to charge $$$$ on my debit card and saved me a lot of hassle and money. I’m thankful for the diligence!
Everyone there is always so helpful and pleasant.
Walked in the bank Saturday morning to get some change for a community event and was denied for a simple exchange of lower bills, because I do not have an account. Ridiculous, crazy thing is before walking in I thought to myself, maybe I should open an account since I live so close, but after being denied for something so simple. I felt the answer was going to be no anyways! Lost a future customer and possibly others over a simple act.
