Password reset feature on the website does not work on mobile app or desktop website. They make you reset it every three months for security reasons. I have no issue with this. The issue is that it doesn't work. It says "we've sent a code to the email on file" and the email is never sent. no matter how many times I try, there is never an email sent. ive been a customer for 10 years and the password reset feature worked the way it was supposed to about 20% of my attempts over the years. staff very helpful when I call. that be... read more
